This measures 15x25.5" including the frame. The eye chart, made of paper, came out of the 1946 edition of the book Healthy Eyes Without Glasses and Health WithoutDrugs, by Dr. R.A. Richardson. It is original, not a reproduction. It is yellowed slightly with age which only adds to its authenticity. It still has the crease lines from being folded in a book all these years. See photos for details. It's matted and framed in a refurbished and newly waxed wood frame. Due to its neutral look it can mix well with modern or traditional style. Though reproduction eye charts are easy to find, originals are much harder to come by and much more fun to include in a collection. The book it originally came in will be included with this purchase.
