This measures 12.75x14.75" including the frame. The interior measures 7.5x9.5" and is approximately 7/8" deep. It is empty, ready for you to find the perfect sentimental item to place inside. It is backed with linen covered, acid-free foam board so thumbtacks or short pins can be used to attach items. In the photos I used a small bouquet and a photo/note as examples of items that could go inside, but they are not included. This would be so pretty in a baby nursery with heirloom booties or a small item of clothing. Or in a kitchen with a photo of and favorite recipe from Grandma. There is glass in the frame so the items inside are protected. Small hinges attach the frame to the box so it can be opened and items changed out as often as you like. Small magnets hold the door in place when it is closed. This can be hung on a wall either vertically or horizontally. It projects about 3" from the wall. The frame is antique, age unknown. The shadow box is refurbished by hand and attached to the frame.
