High-Quality, Hand-Made Prints

Fine Artichoke Limited Editions are high-quality, hand-made prints on archival-quality papers. Each print is signed and numbered by the artist. Artists number their prints to let you know how many prints they produced of a particular artwork, and where exactly your print falls in the production of the edition.

For example, if your print is numbered “3/20″, this means that when the artist produced the particular set of prints, he/she produced 20 in total, and yours was the 3rd to be produced.

Limited Editions enhance the value of your print by locating it specifically within an artist’s body of work, and by telling you how many other prints like it exist in the world. In some cases, artists may use processes that require an extensive amount of preparation to produce only a small amount of prints. Others work quickly to produce large editions. Knowing the size of an edition gives you valuable information about your investment.
