I always have some limes in the kitchen. They are pretty little fruit and they last forever. Limes add crucial flavor to many of my favorite dishes like guacamole and tacos. Homemade margaritas or mojitos with fresh lime juice are great ‐ or even a slice with a Mexican beer. The smell of a sliced lime can transport me to a relaxed and warm locale.

Recipe:

A Nice Margarita
2 parts real 100% agave tequila
1 part fresh lime juice
1/2 part agave nectar or simple syrup
1/2 part orange juice
1 lime wedge & kosher salt & Ice
